MAC, Inc. Celebrating Production of 500th Heater in Bismarck

MAC, Inc., an international leader in the manufacturing and supply of industrial and commercial air heaters, is celebrating the production of the 500th heater at its Bismarck production facility tomorrow.

MAC, Inc. opened the Bismarck production facility in 2010 and has grown the local workforce to over 50 employees. Since that time, the company has also relocated the company’s corporate offices to Bismarck and opened locations across the United States and Canada

“The Bismarck expansion has been paramount in improving our manufacturing depth, adding significant capacity and leveraging an array of manufacturing and engineering skills available in the immediate region. North Dakota serves to be the logistical epicenter of MAC’s future heating manufacturing and distribution activities. The business friendly culture offered by the State of North Dakota, and local development group, Bismarck-Mandan Development Association (BMDA), have made this expansion a very positive experience for MAC.”

Since the company’s inception in Glenburn, North Dakota in 1983, MAC, Inc. has grown to become recognized as one of the world’s foremost manufacturers of industrial indirect and flameless heaters whose products can be found in oilfields, airport tarmacs, and industrial sites across the globe.

Events marking the production of the 500th flameless heater in Bismarck will begin on Tuesday, December 18 at 11:45 AM at the Bismarck production facility located at 2105 East Indiana Avenue and include remarks from MAC, Inc. CEO Michael Seifert.
