Amidst a crowded gathering, last night, the City Commission approved a curbside recycling program that will add a $3.51 recycling fee to local residents. Residents will, however, have an option to opt out of the program should they choose to.
While many have praised implementing a curbside recycling program, common concerns against such a program have included storage and placement of an extra container and increased fees.
