North Dakota’s Sunday “Blue Law” To Continue

An effort to eliminate North Dakota’s restriction on Sunday morning shopping has been defeated. The “blue law” has been in effect since the state’s inception, with the most recent change occurring in 1991 legislation, which allowed most retailers to conduct business on Sundays for the first time, but not before noon.

What do you think? Should the law have been eliminated? Or, are you please to see it remain? Share your thoughts.
