In a unanimous decision, the Bismarck city commission approved a new quiet rail zone in downtown Bismarck. The project will cost approximately $3.2 million and include crossing upgrades at 3rd, 5th, and 12th Streets.
Start of the project will depend on when people and resources can be allocated.
