Dakota Eye Institute is an eyecare facility with locations in Bismarck, Linton and Rugby. Doctors Volk and Hilts invested more than seven hundred thousand dollars to renovate the former Central/Dakota Bottling building at 200 South Fifth Street into Dakota Eye Institute in 1990. It was 9,000 square feet upon opening. Dakota Eye expands considerably over the years, adding a surgery center, north clinic, and clinics in Linton and Rugby.
