The Bismarck Police Department has arrested a 20 year old Stanley, ND man for murder in connection with the John Swain homicide investigation.
Bismarck Police investigators arrested Joshua Clark on June 27th at the Bismarck Police Department. The investigation implicates him in the death of John Swain. No formal charges have been filed.
The case is still under investigation. Anyone having information about this case should call the Bismarck Police Department at 223-1212.
