A fatal accident was reported this morning at 4:08am at the corner of Thayer Ave & 21st Street near Polar Package Place and Lucky’s Bar. The vehicle appears to have been traveling out of the parking lot and crashed into a light pole. The victim was a 42-year old female who appeared to be from out-of-state. No further details are available at this time.
UPDATE (3:17pm): Bismarck Police have identified the victim as Tammy Paoni, 42, of Bismarck. Paoni was the vehicle’s only occupant. The vehicle was a 2000 Ford pickup, which had an estimated $5,000 worth of damage.
