Conlin’s Furniture relocated its Bismarck store from Gateway Fashion Mall into this warehouse building on the corner of 18th Street & Broadway Avenue, opened on December 28, 2009.
This building was originally home to Warehouse Market – a warehouse-style grocery store. It has been used as a warehouse by Conlin’s Furniture for many years.
Founded in 1937 in Williston, North Dakota, Conlin’s has been in Bismarck since purchasing Reff’s Furniture in 1955. It has had several locations since, most recently at Gateway Fashion Mall from 2004-2009.
