Bismarck Police Cite Five Juveniles in 16 Commercial Burglaries

The Bismarck Police Department has cited five juveniles in connection with 16 commercial burglaries that occurred in Bismarck between July and December, 2012.

Ninety juvenile citations for Conspiracy to Commit Burglary and Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Mischief were issued on April 5, 2013 in connection with these crimes.

It is alleged that the juveniles caused $16,600 in cumulative damages and stole $53,986 worth of items and merchandise.

After formal charges are filed, hearings will be held to determine if the juveniles will be charged as adults for the crimes.

The crimes occurred between July and December 2012 at the following locations:

  • Lil Caesers – 2930 N 14th St
  • Money Lenders – 913 Burlington Dr
  • Nightlife Limousine – 1235 S 12th St
  • Box Office Video – 3100 N 11th St
  • Subway – 2006 N 12th St
  • Chips Casino – 1014 S 12th St
  • Jays Pawn Shop – 1037 E Interstate Ave
