An incident at 1119 University Drive<\/a> in south Bismarck at about 10:26am this morning has resulted in a controlled access scenario at Sanford Hospital limiting entry into the facility, KX News reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Skyway Park Village trailer\u00a0park is located at the given address, located directly across from Wachter Middle School<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Details on the incident are few\u00a0and far\u00a0between at present. Bismarck Police are investigating.<\/p>\n

UPDATE (2:52pm):\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Bismarck Police are confirming that five victims, two adults and three juveniles, were assaulted inside a mobile home at 1119 University Drive at 10:26am this morning. All victims were taken to Sanford Health for treatment. Two victims remain in ICU, one with a head injury.<\/p>\n

Preliminary information suggests that at least one was injured by a baseball bat.<\/p>\n

The suspect, an ex-boyfriend of one of the victims,\u00a0remains at large. He\u00a0reportedly made threatening remarks\u00a0about returning to the scene.<\/p>\n

UPDATE (3:51pm):<\/em><\/p>\n

Bismarck Police have\u00a0identified the suspect in this morning’s assault as 57-year-old Richard Lee Gourneau Sr (pictured).\u00a0Gourneau is described as Native American, 5’8″ tall, 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.<\/p>\n

UPDATE (11\/28 – 10:48am):\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Bismarck Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a stolen vehicle taken from the home of the assault. The vehicle is described in a press release as a “2005 silver Honda Accord two door, with ND license JMC 190.”<\/p>\n

The suspect, 57-year-old Richard Lee Gourneau Sr, has not been located and it is not fully known if he took this vehicle, which was being\u00a0used by one of the victims.<\/p>\n

Contact local authorities if you have information on this stolen vehicle.<\/p>\n

KX News is also providing additional details<\/a> on the victims,\u00a0with victims ranging in age from 14 years old to 53 years of age. Two victims remain in the ICU with extensive head injuries believed to have been caused by a baseball bat.<\/p>\n
