Out of the eight statewide measures, all but one appears to have failed in the 2014 General Election.<\/p>\n

With 89% of all precincts reporting, Measure 2 appears to have succeeded with a large margin at 76%, garnering more than than three quarters of the votes cast. Measure 2 bans any government agency from collecting taxes on the sale or transfer of real estate.<\/p>\n

The other measures, some of which have proven quite controversial, have all appeared to have failed.<\/p>\n
