On October 26 at about 4:00pm, the suspect cashed a check made out to &#8220;Willie Williams&#8221; and swindled a Walmart cashier out of an extra $100.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the false name, the suspect pocketed a $100 bill and claimed that the cashier shorted him.
