The current signal at 46th Avenue is also expected to receive\u00a0upgrades in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Historically, Memorial Highway was the only direct connection between Bismarck and Mandan by means of the <a title=\"Liberty Memorial Bridge\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/wiki\/liberty-memorial-bridge\">Liberty Memorial Bridge<\/a>. Since 1965,\u00a0The Strip has shared this distinction with Interstate 94 and\u00a0offers\u00a0direct access to the Interstate and Bismarck Expressway.
