The personal safety of our citizens and visitors is our first priority,\u201d said Mayor Seminary.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA group of city officials including City Administrator Bill Wocken, City Attorney Charlie Whitman, Police Chief Dan Donlin and me worked together and came up with a plan to safely hold the Autumnfest Parade,\u201d said Mayor Seminary. Scott Johnson accepted the city\u2019s plan and agreed to cover the cost of having additional law enforcement officers stationed at the railroad crossing on Fifth Street between Main Avenue and Front Street. No viewing of the parade will be allowed at the railroad crossing on the parade route between Main and Front to assure public safety. The parade route itself will remain unchanged.
