According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kfyrtv.com\/story\/26429992\/steakhouse-closes-in-mandan\" target=\"_blank\">an interview<\/a> with KFYR-TV, the closure is due to a long-time employee shortage, citing as little as 30 current employees for what should be an 80-employee operation.<\/p>\n<p>Montana Mike&#8217;s <a title=\"Montana Mike\u2019s Opening At Seven Seas Hotel\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/3388\/montana-mikes-opening-at-seven-seas-hotel\" target=\"_blank\">opened its Mandan location<\/a> in 2010, replacing Captain&#8217;s Table.<\/p>\n<p>This is not the first local business to suffer due to an employee shortage.
