If approved, the new elementary school will be built in northwest Mandan for about $12.5 million, which amounts to about a $4\/month tax increase on a $100,000 home.<\/p>\n<p>Like its Bismarck neighbor, Mandan has been seeing continuous growth in enrollment numbers and officials believe there is a demand for an additional school.<\/p>\n<p>Mandan residents will cast their votes this coming Tuesday, September 25.
