Hampton Inn &amp; Suites is planning to open a location at 2020 Schafer Street near <a title=\"Bismarck State College\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/bismarck-state-college\">Bismarck State College<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Despite its prime location next to I-94, Bismarck State College, and the region&#8217;s second-largest shopping hub, this will be the first hotel to open in that part of the city.
