Charges are pending.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A drunk driver fell asleep behind the wheel and lost control on\u00a0the <a title=\"Bismarck-Mandan Strip \/ Memorial Highway\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/wiki\/bismarck-mandan-strip-memorial-highway\" target=\"_blank\">Mandan Strip<\/a>, crashing into the liquor store portion of <a title=\"Midway Lanes Bowling Alley\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/wiki\/midway-lanes-bowling-alley\" target=\"_blank\">Midway Lanes<\/a>. The driver was injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kfyrtv.com\/story\/26004882\/drunk-driver-crashes-into-mandan-liquor-store\" target=\"_blank\">According to KFYR-TV<\/a>, he was also\u00a0charged with DUI.<\/p>\n<p>There are\u00a0conflicting stories of whether or not anyone was inside the liquor store at the time of the incident. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kxnet.com\/story\/26004853\/pickup-drives-into-midway-liquor-in-mandan\" target=\"_blank\">According to KX News<\/a>, no one was inside the store at the time; however, KFYR-TV says one person was inside, but apparently not injured.
