Reports indicate that regular unleaded fuel from the Tesoro Refinery may have been contaminated with diesel fuel. It appears that the &#8220;premium&#8221; grade fuel is not affected.<\/p>\n<p><em>UPDATE (10:08PM): Official Statement from Tesoro:<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The Tesoro Mandan refinery has become aware of customer complaints involving all grades of gasoline, except for premium gasoline without Ethanol, supplied to the Bismarck\/Mandan area.
