At a cost of $19 million, the Minot campus will boast 40 primary care rooms and 20 specialty care exam rooms when it opens next summer. There are future development plans as well.<\/p>\n<p>The new complex will be located at the intersection of Landmark Circle and 21st Ave NW.<\/p>\n<p>Saint Alexius has already maintained a Minot clinic for a number of years.<\/p>\n<p>Founded by the Benedictine Sisters in 1885, Saint Alexius was the first hospital in Dakota Territory.
