That equates to\u00a038%.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.envisionbisman2040.com\/files\/9913\/9084\/5914\/Fig3_crash_frequency.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">map<\/a> of local crash incidents from 2010-2012 indicates that the highest frequency of local crashes happens along the State Street corridor, particularly where it intersects with Century Avenue. The I-94 interchange at Tyler Parkway (Divide Avenue) is another noteworthy intersection seeing a high frequency of crashes.
