Police stopped the vehicle at 12th Street and Broadway Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>The driver, a 19 year old New Town man, was arrested for possession of stolen property, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and minor in consumption.<\/p>\n<p>The passenger, a 20 year old Bismarck man, was arrested for possession of marijuana paraphernalia, minor in consumption and for a Bismarck warrant.<\/p>\n<p>Both were taken to Burleigh County Detention Center.
