A\u00a0news release from Bismarck Police describes the robber as\u00a0&#8220;a\u00a0white male, 5\u201910\u201d, 160 pounds, skinny build, wearing dark clothing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0robber fled on foot heading eastbound.
