The site has evolved substantially since its launch in November 2007; becoming a central resource for the region.<\/p>\n<p>The <a title=\"Bismarck Pride Debuts Online Community, Numerous Enhancements\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bismancafe.com\/blogs\/4623\/bismarck-pride-becomes-interactive-debuts-new-features\">recent addition<\/a> of new interactive and social networking features also prompted the need for a name that&#8217;s more fitting\u00a0for the site&#8217;s shifting direction.<\/p>\n<p>The word &#8220;cafe&#8221; often signifies a place where individuals come to connect, a social gathering place for all.
