The majority of the damage came from the sprinkler system rather than the fire itself.\u00a0The\u00a0popular\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismancafe.com\/blogs\/?page_id=273\">Peacock Alley Bar &amp; Grill<\/a> does not appear to have been affected by the fire.<\/p>\n<p>The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.<\/p>\n<p>Built in 1910, the Patterson Hotel (originally called McKenzie Hotel) was once known as the most luxurious hotel between Minneapolis and Seattle.
