An autopsy is being planned to positively identify the body.<\/p>\n<p>Theo Crowe, age 25, has been charged with the murder-AA Felony, punishable by Life in prison w\/out parole-of John Swain, 18, Bismarck. He is in custody in Williams County on an unrelated charge. He has not yet made his initial appearance on the murder charge.<\/p>\n<p>The case is still under investigation.
