Hoven, SD-based Plains Commerce Bank will soon be occupying the building.<\/p>\n<p>This will be the first North Dakota location for Plains Commerce Bank, which has several South Dakota locations in Aberdeen, Sioux Falls, Mitchell, Watertown, Conde, and its\u00a0home\u00a0city of Hoven. The bank has roots back to 1931.<\/p>\n<p>America&#8217;s Mattress, which formerly occupied the building, recently relocated near the north Walmart.
