That location, near <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/tag\/hay-creek-shops\">Hay Creek Shops<\/a>, had never came to fruition, despite that Aspen Group and Woodmont Properties both marketed it as such in brochures.
