When completed, it will be the fourth hotel to open in Bismarck in recent years. The 90-room hotel is expected to open this summer.<\/p>\n<p>The building currently on the site had housed the International Stir Fry Restaurant for many years. The restaurant had reportedly closed when its owners were offered a high price for the site, which was originally rumored to have been Olive Garden, however little has progressed since its closure.<\/p>\n<p>La Quinta Inns &amp; Suites is a national hotel chain with approximately 700 locations, including one in Fargo.
