A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/tag\/crave-american-kitchen-sushi-bar\">CRAVE\u00a0American Kitchen &amp; Sushi Bar<\/a> will also be housed inside.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/bismarcktribune.com\/business\/local\/fivesouth-development-announces-sheraton-hotel\/article_574d179c-1ef0-5c75-85a8-bd1d7b2d42da.html\" target=\"_blank\">According to the\u00a0Bismarck Tribune<\/a>, these commitments are enough to satisfy requirements to trigger a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/113020\/new-tif-district-proposed-for-fivesouth-project-infrastructure-upgrades\">new TIF district that will\u00a0divert $35 million in infrastructure upgrades<\/a> and right-of-way acquisitions to support the development.<\/p>\n<p>FiveSouth is an immense\u00a0mixed-use project that will be developed along Fifth Street across from the Event\u00a0Center. In addition to the aforementioned hotel and restaurant, FiveSouth will also\u00a0feature housing, office space, and retail tenants.<\/p>\n<p>Construction is expected to begin in March and\u00a0will last an estimated three years prior to closing.
