He was charged the following day\u00a0for &#8220;Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Minor and Criminal Attempt.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kxnet.com\/story\/32273824\/man-charged-in-bismarck-target-dressing-room-incident\" target=\"_blank\">incident involves a report from a female juvenile<\/a> that, while trying on a bathing suit inside a Target\u00a0dressing room, witnessed a cell phone propped up in an apparent manner to be suitable for recording.
