Vann\u00a0has been charged with four counts of Terrorizing, a Class C Felony.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Bismarck Police continue their investigation into\u00a0the report of an armed man that prompted\u00a0the evacuation of a business and\u00a0put several\u00a0local schools into Shelter in Place mode.<\/p>\n<p>At approximately 11:21am, police responded to the report of\u00a0a man, armed with a gun, outside of the US Foodservice building at <a href=\"#map\">3500 Saratoga Avenue<\/a>. According to\u00a0a press release, a\u00a0witness told 911 that the man had confronted a woman with a\u00a0gun outside the building. After the suspect instructed the witness to leave, the witness believed\u00a0that the suspect had entered the building.<\/p>\n<p>In response, a perimeter was established and a reverse 911 implemented while searching the area. US Foodservice employees were evacuated and the building was searched, but the suspect was not\u00a0found.<\/p>\n<p>The female victim acknowledged knowing the suspect, but his whereabouts are\u00a0currently not known.
