The\u00a0Mexican-themed restaurant&#8217;s last day is Saturday, May 7th, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kxnet.com\/story\/31912703\/around-town-5616-closings-openings-food-and-clothes\" target=\"_blank\">according to KX News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dale Zimmerman,\u00a0owner of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/images\/fiesta-villa-mexican-restaurant-former-northern-pacific-railroad-depot\">historic\u00a0former Northern Pacific Depot housing Fiesta Villa<\/a>, plans to remodel and open two new restaurants on the site. Zimmerman already owns <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/wiki\/peacock-alley-bar-grill\">Peacock Alley<\/a>,\u00a0directly across the street, as well as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/wiki\/east-40-chophouse-tavern\">40 Steak+Seafood<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Fiesta Villa opened in Mandan in 1978. The building\u00a0was built in 1900 to replace the former passenger depot, which was destroyed in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/wiki\/1898-fire\">1898 Fire<\/a>. The site was formerly home to the Sheridan House, the first hotel owned by <a title=\"Edward G.
