It will be constructed\u00a0near 57th Avenue and Washington Street &#8211; just north of the new Liberty Elementary School.<\/p>\n<p>Construction timeline and funding details have\u00a0yet to be\u00a0finalized.<\/p>\n<p>The current building, located directly across from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/wiki\/arrowhead-plaza-shopping-center\">Arrowhead Plaza<\/a> at the corner of 2nd Street &amp; Boulevard Avenue, opened\u00a0in 1952.
