New paint, carpet, remodeled men&#8217;s bathroom, and an updated kitchen are all in the works.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant will re-open Thursday\u00a0morning at 6am.<\/p>\n<p>Little Cottage Cafe opened in 1964.
