Several residents at Sunset Ridge apartments were evacuated after a report of a gun shot\u00a0inside one the buildings. Police were responding to a welfare check when the shot was heard.<\/p>\n<p>Upon entering the unit, one man was found dead inside. His name has not yet been released.
