The woman was jogging northbound on the west side of\u00a0the 1900 block of North Washington Street &#8211; near <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/wiki\/northbrook-mall-professional-center\">Northbrook Mall<\/a> &#8211; at around 7:15am.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect was walking southbound on the opposite side of the street when he crossed the street and\u00a0began to follow her. When the\u00a0victim noticed the man reaching for her arm, she yelled and ran from him.<\/p>\n<p>An initial search of the area resulted in no suspects. However, at 9:15am\u00a0a call came in matching the suspect&#8217;s description near Plaza Drug &#8211; on\u00a0Third Street.<\/p>\n<p>The case has been submitted to the city attorney&#8217;s office for further\u00a0review.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A man was arrested and put in detox after attempting to grab a 49-year-old female jogger this morning.
