In its place, the new Bisman Community Food Co-op store will soon be moving in.<\/p>\n<p>The Food Co-op recently hired experienced grocer Randy Joersz as its general manager. <a href=\"http:\/\/bismanfoodcoop.com\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\">According to the Co-op&#8217;s website<\/a>, Joersz got his start in the business as a bagger in the early 1970s for his grandfather at Bill\u2019s Super Valu in New Salem, before moving his way into a management position in 1981.<\/p>\n<p>Locals may remember the former Bill&#8217;s Supervalu\u00a0store in Mandan, which went onto become the <a title=\"Bismarck\u2019s Central Market Sold to Dan\u2019s Supermarket; Mandan Location Closing\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/46921\/bismarcks-central-market-sold-to-dans-supermarket-mandan-location-closing\">recently shuttered Central Market<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Located at <a href=\"#map\">711 E Sweet Avenue<\/a>, the Food Co-op is expected to open in 2016. Snoopers, which also once maintained a north Bismarck location &#8211; branded &#8220;Bump&#8217;N Tilt&#8221; &#8211; opened in 1994.
