Hotel was originally financed and owned by <a title=\"Edmond A Hughes\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/wiki\/edmond-a-hughes\">Edmond Hughes<\/a>, and later owned by <a title=\"Neil O. Churchill\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/wiki\/neil-o-churchill\">Neil Churchill<\/a>, who renamed it Prince Hotel. The hotel would once again be renamed Kensington Hotel prior to closing in the 1970s.
