The space originally housed local retailer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/?page_id=55\">A.W. Lucas &#038; Company<\/a>. Conlin&#8217;s relocated from Gateway Fashion Mall in December 2009.<\/p>\n<p>It was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/?p=3327\">recently announced<\/a> that Famous Labels will be occupying this space sometime in Spring 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Opened in September 1979 with original anchors Sears, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/?page_id=321\">White Mart<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bismarckcafe.com\/blogs\/?page_id=55\">A.W.
