Gartner’s Shoes, located at the corner of 3rd Street & Thayer Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota. Gartner’s has been at this location since at least the 1980s. Prior to that, the site was home to an Exxon Mobile Gas Station. From what I can determine, it is the same building today, but with an additional story.
