DiDonna’s was a local Italian restaurant that was opened by Nancy & Gregorio DiDonna in 2004. The restaurant served other items such as burgers and steaks, in addition to its Italian offerings.
A truck smashed into the restaurant in December 2007, causing an estimated $100,000 in damage, and the unfortunate death of the driver.
Prior to opening his own restaurant, Greg DiDonna had been the head chef of another local restaurant, The Walrus.
As of November 2012, Greg DiDonna is the head chef at Captain Freddy’s.
