Located on the strip in Mandan, North Dakota – one of three Krolls locations in the region. The restaurant is designed to represent a classic 1950s-era diner.
They are mostly known for their German entrees, including knoephla soup and fleischkuchle; however, Kroll’s also features a full menu similar to a Perkins or Denny’s.
Their commercials typically feature the “Kroll’s Girls” – overly stereotypical elderly German women who recite their slogan “Sit Down and Eat”. They have proven so popular that bobble head dolls of the Kroll’s Girls are available for purchase.
