North Dakota Adds 61K Jobs Since 2000; Equal To Bismarck’s Entire Population

A recent Job Service report shows that North Dakota added more than 61,000 jobs over the past decade – equal to the entire population of Bismarck. From 2008-2010 alone, the state picked up over 17,000 new jobs – roughly two-thirds of which were filled by workers from other states.
