Arrested in Mandan: Man With Alleged Connection to Washington Murder

A Watford City man was arrested in Mandan in regards to a possible connection to a Spokane, Washington murder.

Agents arrested 34-year-old James Henrikson on charges relating to a felon in charge of several firearms. Just days earlier, the FBI had raided Henrikson’s home in Watford City.

According to KX News, court documents reveal that Henrikson had a business relationship with the victim, Doug Carlile, who was shot in his upscale Spokane home on December 15. The relationship involved mineral rights to 640 acres of land within the Bakken region.

Another individual, 51-year-old Timothy Suckow, has also been arrested in Washington in connection to the murder.
