Prairie Rose Family Dentistry has announced plans to open a Mandan location, KX News reports. The office will be housed in a new strip center called Overlook Plaza. One possible neighbor to the dentist office could be an Arby’s.
The possibility of a Mandan Arby’s location was first confirmed in September 2014. While construction has yet to commence, the company still is committed to bringing a location to Mandan, a recent interview conducted by KX News confirms.
Arby’s continues to scout possible Mandan locations. As with the previous report, it appears highly likely that the restaurant will be located near the new commercial development off of Sunset Drive, which houses a newly-constructed Walmart Supercenter, Thrifty White, and Comfort Inn.
Prairie Rose currently maintains two Bismarck locations while Arby’s, who recently shuttered its Kirkwood Mall restaurant, maintains two.
